A Matter of Balance – HELP of Ojai
A program designed by Boston University for people who are at risk of falling, who have fallen in the past and/or reduced or changed their routine due to a fear of falling. This program helps participants set goals to increase their activity and learn ways to interact and change their environment to reduce fall risk factors. Light exercises begin during Session Three.
This class meets once a week for eight weeks at the Help of Ojai. There is no course fee. Registration is required. Please see above information.
