Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program – East Valley Family YMCA
Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program If your arthritis or other joint condition makes it difficult to participate in traditional exercise, this program is for you! Participate in low-impact exercises and gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion, and to help maintain muscle strength. Sessions take place online for 1 hour twice per week for 6 weeks. This workshop will take place at East Valley Family YMCA. Registration is required. Sign up below by July 17, 2024 and complete a registration survey in class. Minimum required: 10 participants. No new participants after session 4.
