Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program – Lomita Kiwanis Gradens
Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program If your arthritis or other joint condition makes it difficult to participate in traditional exercise, this program is for you! Participate in low-impact exercises and gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion, and to help maintain muscle strength. Sessions take place online for 1 hour twice per week for 6 weeks. This workshop will take place at Lomitas Kiwanis Gardens. Registration is required. Sign up below by August 19, 2025 and complete a registration survey in class. Minimum required: 10 participants. No new participants after session 4.
