Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease: Legacy Commons for Active Seniors
Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program This is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increasing pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease. Benefits to you with Walk with Ease will help you walk safely and comfortably, improve your flexibility, strength and stamina, and overall reduce pain and feel great. Sessions take place in-person settings, for six weeks, three times per week, check-in for this workshop will take place at Legacy Commons for Active Seniors! Registration is required. Register by March 28, 2022.
