This award-winning “Bingocize” program, based on research conducted at Western Kentucky University, is designed for anyone who is looking for a fun game of bingo combined with exercise and fall prevention education.  Methods taught in this course are designed to increase functional performance, health knowledge, cognition and social engagement.

This series meets twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, for ten weeks in person at the Camarillo Health Care District.
