This hands-on engaging and empowering series developed by the University of Illinois at Chicago for individuals with pre-diabetes, diabetes and their loved ones.  Content, activities and discussion focus on topics relating to nutrition, physical activity, risk factors, and prevention of complications, and are presented in an interactive, and fun way to help empower individuals to optimally manage their condition.

This series meets once a week for six weeks at St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital in Camarillo. There is no course fee. Registration is required. Please see contact information below.
