SAIL is an evidence-based fall prevention class for adults 50+.  No exercise experience necessary.  The class is 60 minutes.

The class consists of 15 minutes of aerobic exercise, 10 minutes of balance specific exercise, 20 minutes of strengthening, 10 minutes of stretching and extra wall and floor work.
