This award-winning pain management series, based on research conducted at Stanford University, is designed for anyone enduring ongoing chronic pain.  Methods taught will reduce fatigue, anxiety, sleep loss, improve symptom management and ensure a happier and healthier life.

This series meets once a week for six weeks by phone (and registration takes place by calling the Camarillo Health Care District in Camarillo).
