This award-winning “Powerful Tools for Caregiver” series, based on research conducted at Powerful Tools for Caregivers in Washington, is designed for anyone caring for a loved one who is living with ongoing health conditions.  Methods taught will help family caregivers improve self-care behaviors, management of emotions, self-efficacy and use of community resources.

This series meets once a week for six weeks online through the Camarillo Health Care District.  Classes will be held on Mondays afternoon.

There is a mandatory session zero scheduled for Monday, August 8, 2022 from 2:00-3:00pm.  This session is to help you get connected to the platform and website.
