Course designed to empower participants make better decisions to prevent falls by learning to recognize household safety hazards, ways to stay safe outside, fall prevention strategies, and how to cope if a fall does occur.  This workshop is designed specifically for anyone who is 65 years of age or older, has had a fall in the past year, is fearful of falling, lives and home and does not have dementia.

This course meets once a week for two hours for seven weeks at the County of Ventura California Room.  There is no course fee.  Registration is required, please see contact information.
