Designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility, and prevent falls in older adults and individuals with balance disorders through a therapeutic regimen of martial arts movements.

This class meets twice a week for 12 weeks, on Wednesdays and Fridays, at the BuenaVentura Mobile Home Estates in Ventura.  There is no class fee.  Registration is required.  Please see contact information above.
